The BEST Jambalaya Recipe Ever! | Flavorful Cajun Jambalaya Recipe
Hi guys, welcome back to my channel! In today's recipe, I'll be showing you how to make the most delicious and flavorful Cajun Jambalaya you've ever tasted. This jambalaya is loaded with yellow onion, minced garlic, tomato paste, cajun seasoning, celery, green bell peppers, diced tomatoes, andouille sausage, and large clean shrimp. We'll also be using long grain jasmine rice and a blend of creole seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, basil, thyme, ground black pepper, bay leaves, and paprika for the perfect seasoning. To cook it all, we'll need chicken broth and a little bit of olive oil.
First, we'll start by seasoning the shrimp with cajun seasoning and setting it aside. Then, in a saucepan, we'll drizzle some olive oil and cook the andouille sausage until golden brown. Once cooked, we'll remove the sausage and sauté the green bell pepper, celery, and onions until soft. After that, we'll add the garlic and tomato paste to fry it for a couple of minutes. Cooking steps:
- Season the shrimp with cajun seasoning and set aside.
