Ingredients:

  1. Lettuces
  2. Green beans
  3. Baby red potatoes
  4. Ahi tuna steaks
  5. Farm fresh eggs
  6. Olives
  7. Capers
  8. Shallots
  9. Garlic
  10. Anchovies
  11. Parsley
  12. Tomatoes
  13. Salt
  14. Pepper
  15. Apple cider vinegar
  16. Mustard
  17. Olive oil

Cooking steps:

  • Start by blanching the green beans and boiling the potatoes and eggs.
  • Finely chop the shallots and garlic for the dressing.
  • Prepare the dressing by mixing anchovy oil, chopped anchovies, garlic, shallots, apple cider vinegar, mustard, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Slice the lettuce and soak it in ice cold water to keep it crispy.
  • Slice the tomatoes and set them aside.
  • Season the tuna steaks with salt and sear them for about a minute on each side.
  • Slice the cooked potatoes and peel and slice the boiled eggs.
  • Assemble the salad by layering the lettuce, tomatoes, green beans, olives, potatoes, eggs, and tuna in a bowl or serving dish.
