Ingredients:
- Lettuces
- Green beans
- Baby red potatoes
- Ahi tuna steaks
- Farm fresh eggs
- Olives
- Capers
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Anchovies
- Parsley
- Tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Apple cider vinegar
- Mustard
- Olive oil
Cooking steps:
- Start by blanching the green beans and boiling the potatoes and eggs.
- Finely chop the shallots and garlic for the dressing.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing anchovy oil, chopped anchovies, garlic, shallots, apple cider vinegar, mustard, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the lettuce and soak it in ice cold water to keep it crispy.
- Slice the tomatoes and set them aside.
