- 1/2 cauliflower
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika

Cooking steps:
- Cut a thick cauliflower steak, about three centimeters thick, from half of the cauliflower.
- Rub olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides of the cauliflower steak.
- Cook the cauliflower steak in a pan with a lid for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
