Ingredients:
- Medium red pepper, chopped
- Half cup chopped celery
- 4-foot cup diced onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup ketchup (plus more if needed)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Half cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 package beef crumbles (or substitute with lentils)
- Half cup ketchup
- Half cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking steps:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté red pepper, celery, and onion. Add salt and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked lentils, ketchup, and brown sugar to the pan. Stir well and taste for seasoning.
