Ingredients:

  1. Fresh ahi tuna
  2. Shallots, diced
  3. Red pepper, diced
  4. Pickled ginger
  5. Cilantro
  6. Chives
  7. Sea salt
  8. Ground pepper
  9. Sesame oil
  10. Slider buns
  11. Lettuce
  12. Tomato
  13. Avocado
  14. Mustard
  15. Mayonnaise
  16. Ketchup
  17. Blackening spice (optional)
  18. Olive oil or pan spray

Cooking steps:

  • Chop the fresh ahi tuna into small pieces or run it through a grinder attachment.
