Fruit & Nut ENERGY BARS | No Added Sugar | No Bake
In today's video, I will show you how to make three different versions of homemade energy bars that are very close to store-bought larabars. First, let's start with the apple pie laura bars. The base of these bars consists of almonds and dates. Process almonds and walnuts in a food processor to create a coarse meal. Add medjool dates, dried apples, raisins, and cinnamon, then process all the ingredients until they stick together. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish lined with parchment paper, press it into an even layer, then chill it in the freezer. Next, let's move on to pecan pie laura bars. The steps are similar, but use pecans instead of walnuts and measure dates. Again, process all the ingredients until they stick together. Finally, for cherry pie larabars, process almonds, dates, and dried cherries. Shape the mixture into a block, chill it, and slice into individual bars. Watch the taste test in the video to find out which flavor is the best and how they compare to store-bought larabars. Enjoy these homemade laura bars, they are delicious, and perfect for a quick energy snack!
