Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe | Easy and Creamy Appetizer
This creamy spinach and artichoke dip is always a crowd-pleaser and it's so easy to make. Just heat the ingredients together and stir. Set a pot over medium heat and add 8 tablespoons of butter, 8 ounces of cream cheese, 16 ounces of sour cream, and 2 cups of Parmesan cheese. Melt that together until it's creamy and smooth. Drain your 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts, give them a quick, rough chop, and add them to the pot. Squeeze the moisture out of the spinach and add it to the pot as well.
