- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp canola or peanut oil
- Broccoli florets
- Onion
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic
- Celery (optional)
- Cooked white rice (for serving)
Cooking steps:
- Prep the beef by cutting it into strips.
- Season the beef with white pepper, garlic salt, and baking soda.
