Apple and Cinnamon Flapjack Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Apples
  2. Oats
  3. Chia seeds
  4. Flaxseeds
  5. Salt
  6. Ground sweet cinnamon
  7. Baking powder
  8. Butter
  9. Sugar
  10. Medjool dates

Cooking steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Peel and chop the apples.
  • Stew the apples with water and lemon juice until softened.
