- 340 grams of silken tofu

- 170 grams of dark chocolate
- chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Cooking steps:
- Roughly chop 340 grams of silken tofu
- Add tofu to a blender or food processor along with 1/4 teaspoon of instant espresso powder and a handful of fresh raspberries (optional)
- Add 1/4 cup of milk, a splash of vanilla extract, and 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- Melt 170 grams of dark chocolate in the microwave and let it cool slightly
