  7. Cake flour
  8. 500g heavy cream
  9. 75g sugar
  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  11. Fresh strawberries

Cooking steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Fold a parchment paper into a triangle, then cut a circle that fits the bottom of your cake mold.
  • Cut another strip of parchment paper to line the sides of the mold.
  • Melt the butter and warm the milk in the microwave.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together room temperature eggs and sugar until pale in color.
  • Add honey and continue whisking until the mixture forms soft peaks.
