Ingredients:
- Milk
- Cream
- Egg yolks
- Sugar
- Semi-sweet chocolate (or milk/dark chocolate)
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
Cooking steps:
- In a pot, combine milk and cream and heat until simmering.
- Whisk in sugar until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and slowly whisk in egg yolks.
