Hello my friends, it's Danny! Today, I am showing you how to make my clean and delicious Greek-style turkey burgers with a homemade tzatziki sauce. These turkey burgers are incredibly flavorful, packed with protein and veggies, and are perfect for a healthy meal. To start, we'll make the tzatziki sauce. It's a simple Greek condiment made with grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper. This creamy and tangy sauce pairs perfectly with the turkey burgers. For the burgers, we'll mix organic ground turkey with Greek yogurt, garlic powder, dried oregano, sea salt, black pepper, finely chopped roasted peppers, chopped kalamata olives, and feta cheese. This mixture adds flavor and texture to the burgers. Once the ingredients are incorporated, shape the mixture into patties and grill them. The burgers will be cooked all the way through when they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve these delicious turkey burgers on butter lettuce leaves with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce. They are perfect for a light and flavorful meal. You can also enjoy them with Italian pasta salad or Greek salad. Give this recipe a try and make healthy eating easy! Enjoy!
