Beef and Guinness Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
- Beef shoulder
- Rapeseed oil (or canola oil, olive oil)
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic
- Onions
- Carrots
- Celery
- 2 bottles of Guinness
- Beef stock
- Bay leaf
Cooking steps:
- Heat rapeseed oil in a pot and brown the beef shoulder on all sides.
