- 2 5.5oz cartons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and grated (seeds removed and excess water squeezed out)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Butter for grilling pita bread
Cooking steps:
- In a bowl, mix together ground lamb, cumin, black pepper, sea salt, allspice, chopped parsley, chopped dill, grated red onion, and minced garlic. With gloves on, gently blend the mixture without overmixing.
