Ingredients:
- 200 g mushrooms
- 25 g butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Thyme
- 2 chicken breasts
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 cups spinach
- 80 g mozzarella cheese
- 15 g butter
- Olive oil
Cooking steps:
- Add butter to a pan and fry the mushrooms for 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and thyme, and fry for another 2 minutes.
