  • For the Classic Flatbread, use a non-stick or cast-iron pan. Warm it up, then cook each flatbread for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side. Brush them with oil, garlic, parsley, and salt mix.
  • For the Italian Flatbread, preheat the oven and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the toppings (vegan melted cheese, tomato slices, salt, pepper, oregano) on the flatbread and bake for approximately 7 minutes at 480F or 250C.
  • For the Greek Flatbread, pierce the dough with a fork and bake it for 5-7 minutes at 480F or 250C. Brush it with oil, garlic, parsley mix and add sun-dried tomato pesto, mixed salad leaves, olives, drizzle with plain unsweetened soy yogurt, and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  • For the California Flatbread, preheat a pizza stone and bake the flatbread on it for about 5 minutes. Add oil, parsley, garlic marinade, mashed avocado, mixed salad leaves, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and drizzle with chipotle sauce.
