Ingredients:
- Oil
- Sliced garlic
- Dry vermouth
- Cherry stone clams
- Diced pancetta
- Onion
- Celery
- Red peppers
- Fresh clam stock
- Chopped chives
- Bread crumbs (panko)
- Lemon zest
- Melted butter
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Cooking steps:
