Ingredients:

  2. Cremini mushrooms
  3. White button mushrooms
  4. Onion
  5. Celery
  6. Leek
  7. Garlic
  8. White wine

  13. Chicken broth
  14. Oyster mushrooms
  15. Dried thyme

  17. Whipping cream

  • Heat olive oil in the Instant Pot and brown the quartered mushrooms.
