BBQ Halloumi Skewers | Recipe by The Secret Yorkshire Cook
What's cooking, everyone? I hope you're enjoying this glorious weather we're having this weekend. It really has put me in the mood for a barbecue, so I decided to share one of my favorite recipes with you - halloumi skewers or halloumi kebabs. They really do go down a treat. On the left-hand side of the screen, you'll find all the ingredients you'll need. Please pause the video if you need some time to write them down.
Thank you very much for getting to this stage in the video. Of course, this recipe doesn't have to be cooked in the oven; you can also do it on a barbecue. Just make sure to check that the cheese and everything is not burning. You may need to turn the skewers over a couple more times than every 10 minutes, as shown in this video.
Stay safe, keep cooking, and I'll see you next week for another video.
